These packaging solutions consist of robust multi-layer bags equipped with premium dispensers, packaged in cardboard boxes. Inserting bags provide liquid product manufacturers with a reliable, secure, and cost-effective method for transporting and storing goods, ideal for single-use without the need for container cleaning. TECHNOLOGIA JSC ensures stringent control and traceability throughout the production of inserting bags, incorporating PE film, laminated metallized materials, and fitments.
Inserting bags are crafted from high-grade materials capable of withstanding filling temperatures up to 85°C. Products can be filled into standard bags or aseptic-treated bags, the latter requiring specialized sterile equipment.
